Bridal & Event Packages

High-stakes events need clarity on deposits, travel, and timing.

These terms cover bridal, groom, and event packages booked through Style On Time, including advance payments, travel rules, and cancellations.

Booking & Advance

  • Advance booking of 7-30 days is recommended to lock artist availability.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% may be required; the remainder is due before or on the service day.
  • Customizations must be confirmed before payment.

Included Services

  • Packages may include bridal makeup, hair styling, draping, pre-bridal treatments, groom styling, and on-site/venue service options.
  • Exact inclusions, product types, and add-ons are shown with each package.

Travel & Venue Rules

  • Travel or outstation charges may apply for venue services.
  • User must provide proper lighting, seating, safe environment, and power supply if required.
  • If the bride/groom is late, wait charges may apply and quality may be affected under time pressure.

Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Free cancellation is only within the booking day or a short grace window if stated at checkout.
  • No refund for last-minute cancellations within 48-72 hours of the event or for no-shows.

Artist Delay or Cancellation

  • If the assigned artist cancels, you may receive a full refund (if prepaid) and/or a replacement artist based on availability.
  • Priority handling is provided for bridal and event bookings.

Liability

  • Style On Time is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin/hair issues, or delays caused by traffic or weather.
  • Users should request trials or patch tests before the wedding day if needed.

Photography & Consent

  • Photos or videos will only be taken with customer permission.

Special Requests

  • Discuss unique looks, timelines, or accessories during booking to ensure availability.
