Follow these guidelines when booking home or on-site services through Style On Time to keep experiences safe and efficient.

Environment Requirements

  • Provide a clean, safe, and hygienic space with adequate lighting.
  • Ensure water and electricity are available; ventilated rooms for chemical treatments (color, smoothing, etc.).

Safety Rules

  • Secure valuables and avoid leaving staff alone for long periods.
  • Manage pets to prevent disturbance.
  • An adult should be present during the service.

Address & Contact

  • Share complete, accurate address details and a reachable mobile number.
  • Be available on call for directions or entry access.

Time & Availability

  • Be present at the scheduled time. Staff may wait up to 10-15 minutes before marking the booking delayed or canceled.
  • Late arrivals can lead to extra charges or cancellation.

Additional Charges

  • Extra charges may apply for parking, out-of-radius travel, premium products, or last-minute scope changes.

Partner Safety

  • Behave respectfully with partner staff. Any harassment or misconduct leads to immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

Refunds & Emergencies

  • Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Partners may cancel due to genuine emergencies; rescheduling will be offered where possible.
