Service Provider Agreement

Clear expectations so salons, spas, and beauticians can serve Style On Time users with confidence.

This agreement is between Style On Time (the platform) and the Service Provider (Partner). It sets onboarding requirements, service standards, payouts, and consequences for policy violations.

Onboarding Requirements

  • Valid business ID or license, salon/spa certificates where applicable.
  • Service catalog with pricing and any travel or premium product charges.
  • Staff details and proof of training where relevant.
  • KYC: government ID, GST details (if registered), and bank account information for payouts.

Partner Responsibilities

  • Deliver hygienic, high-quality, professional services and honor confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain accurate availability, pricing, and prep times; update blackout dates promptly.
  • Treat customers respectfully and comply with local health and safety norms.
  • Notify Style On Time before emergency cancellations and propose alternate slots when possible.

Platform Responsibilities

  • List partner services, surface availability, and send booking notifications.
  • Process customer payments and settle payouts to partners.
  • Provide customer support and reasonable promotion of partner services where applicable.

Payments & Commissions

  • Style On Time charges a commission on each completed booking; the applicable rate is shared during onboarding.
  • Payouts are typically settled weekly or monthly. Bank or gateway delays are outside Style On Time control.
  • Style On Time may withhold payouts if fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are detected.

Cancellations

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations by partners may lead to penalties, temporary suspension, or delisting.
  • Partners should propose alternate time slots when canceling for genuine emergencies.

Home Services

  • Staff must arrive on time with required equipment, maintain hygiene, and follow safety protocols.
  • Behave professionally and respect customer property; avoid unsupervised access.

Reviews, Ratings & Penalties

  • User ratings appear publicly. Manipulating reviews is prohibited.
  • Multiple verified negative reviews may trigger payment deductions based on severity and frequency.
  • Exceeding negative review thresholds within 30 days can lead to temporary suspension.
  • Partners can dispute reviews they believe are false; Style On Time will investigate and decide.

Liability

  • Partners are responsible for service quality, damages caused during service, staff misconduct, and unsafe practices.
  • Style On Time acts only as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for partner actions or omissions.

Confidentiality & Non-Compete

  • Partners must protect user data, platform data, and business information.
  • Do not misuse Style On Time data to solicit or poach customers outside the platform.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 7-30 days notice.
  • Style On Time may immediately suspend or terminate for fraud, repeated cancellations, safety issues, or legal violations.
