Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds work on Style On Time for standard appointments and packages.

Cancellation by User

  • Free cancellation up to 6 hours before the appointment time for standard services unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • If you cancel within 6 hours, providers may charge up to 50-100% of the service value depending on prep or travel already done.
  • Prepaid bookings follow the refund timelines below.
  • Packages (bridal, events, bulk sessions) may require non-refundable deposits and a 48-72 hour notice.

Cancellation by Service Provider

  • If a provider cancels, you can choose a full refund (if prepaid) or reschedule with the same or another provider.
  • Repeated provider cancellations may lead to partner deactivation on Style On Time.

Refund Rules

  • Refunds apply when cancellations meet the policy, when a provider fails to deliver, or for duplicate/technical payments.
  • Processing timeline: typically 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
  • Convenience fees or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

  • If the user does not show up or is unreachable, the booking may be marked completed and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 6 hours before the appointment, subject to provider availability.
  • Some packages or peak-time slots may not allow rescheduling.

Complaints & Disputes

  • Report service issues within 24 hours of the appointment. We will mediate between you and the provider.
