Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds work on Style On Time for standard appointments and packages.

Cancellation by User

  • Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the appointment time for standard services unless otherwise stated at checkout. A small booking/service fee may still be deducted.
  • If you cancel after the cutoff, cancellation charges may apply based on prep/travel already done (up to 50-100%).
  • Prepaid bookings follow the refund timelines below; booking/service fees, convenience fees, or gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Bridal / Marriage / Event package cancellations follow the Bridal Agreement and are not covered under this general policy.

Cancellation by Service Provider

  • If a provider cancels, you can choose a refund for the paid amount (a small booking/service fee may still be deducted) or reschedule with the same or another provider.
  • Repeated provider cancellations may lead to partner deactivation on Style On Time.

Refund Rules

  • Refunds apply when cancellations meet policy rules, when a provider fails to deliver, or for duplicate/technical payments.
  • Processing timeline: typically within 24 working hours to the original payment method for eligible cases.
  • Booking/service fees, convenience fees, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may apply depending on service progress and consumables used.

No-Show Policy

  • If the user does not show up or is unreachable, the booking may be marked completed and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 6 hours before the appointment, subject to provider availability.
  • Some packages, peak-time slots, or discounted bookings may not allow rescheduling. Bridal packages follow the Bridal Agreement.

Offers, Discounts & Rewards

  • Discounts, promo codes, and rewards are non-refundable. Only the paid amount (after discount) may be refunded per policy.
  • If a booking made with coupons/credits is cancelled, the discount or credits are not reinstated unless the provider is at fault and the offer terms allow reissue.
  • Incorrect application of coupons or credits by the user will not be refunded.

Complaints & Disputes

  • Report service issues within 24 hours of the appointment. We will mediate between you and the provider.
