These Terms govern how you use Style On Time to discover, book, and pay for salon, spa, and home beauty services. By using our app or website, you agree to follow these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the platform.

Definitions

  • User / Customer:Anyone who books services through Style On Time.
  • Service Provider:Salons, spas, beauticians, and on-site/home-service partners listed on the platform.
  • Appointment:A booked time slot for any listed service.
  • Packages:Bundled services such as bridal looks, party styling, and grooming combos.

Using Style On Time

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Provide accurate name, contact details, and address for home services.
  • Do not misuse the platform through fake bookings, fraudulent payments, or abusive behavior.

Booking Appointments

  • Book for in-shop or home services. Booking confirmations are sent via SMS, email, or in-app notifications.
  • Some services may require an advance or full prepayment as set by the provider.
  • Pricing, inclusions, and any travel or premium product charges are shown before checkout.

Home Services

  • Ensure a safe, hygienic, and well-lit environment with water and electricity where needed.
  • Share accurate address and be reachable on call for directions.
  • Providers may refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.

Packages & Deposits

  • Package details, timelines, and pricing are shown before booking.
  • Some packages require advance booking, non-refundable deposits, or travel charges for on-site events.
  • Customizations must be agreed upon before payment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Users can cancel or reschedule within the cutoff shown at booking. Late changes may incur fees or forfeit prepaid amounts.
  • Typical cutoffs: free cancellation up to 6 hours for standard services; late cancellations may be partially refundable or non-refundable.
  • Package deposits may be non-refundable; bridal/event packages usually need 48-72 hours notice.
  • If a provider cancels, you may request a refund (if prepaid) or reschedule with the same or another provider.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payments can be UPI, card, wallet, or cash at service point (if supported).
  • Refunds for cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy and are typically processed within 5-7 working days.
  • Convenience or gateway fees may be non-refundable.

Service Quality & Responsibility

  • Service providers are independent businesses, not employees of Style On Time.
  • Style On Time is not liable for service quality, delays, or loss of personal belongings at provider premises.
  • Report issues within 24 hours; we will facilitate resolution between you and the provider.

User Conduct & Suspension

  • Do not harass providers, post fake reviews, damage property, or misuse offers and referral codes.
  • Fraud or repeated policy violations can lead to suspension or termination.

Liability Limits

  • Style On Time acts as a booking facilitator only.
  • We are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or delays due to traffic, weather, or emergencies.
  • Users must disclose allergies or sensitivities before service.
